Preet is an AASW-accredited social worker with extensive experience as a mental health therapist, specialist support coordinator, and AOD clinician. He brings a deeply integrative clinical approach — drawing on CBT, strategic psychotherapy, and AOD frameworks to support participants with the most complex presentations, including dual diagnosis, trauma, psychosocial disability, and Indigenous social and emotional wellbeing.

Your voice matters

We welcome all feedback. If something isn't right, we want to know so we can fix it. You will never be disadvantaged for making a complaint. Our complaints process complies with the NDIS (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018.

Talk to us directly

Put it in writing

Submit a written complaint via email or post. All complaints are recorded, investigated fairly, and responded to in writing with the outcome and actions taken.

Escalate to the NDIS Commission

If unsatisfied with our response, contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time — no referral needed. Free and confidential.

Independent advocacy

You have the right to involve an independent advocate at any stage. Disability advocacy services are free and confidential. Contact Disability Advocacy Victoria.
